7SANDZ started with a simple, frustrating sight - a manufacturer's head office with zero visibility past its first-tier distributors, while product quietly backed up two tiers down and a stockout brewed at retail.
The blind spot was structural, not accidental.
The tools on hand were built for a spread of territories - good at asking which area is uncovered. But a distribution network is not a spread. It is a chain of hand-offs, and the real question is different: where is the network backed up, and which tier is holding everything else up.
So we built for that shape. Not a coverage map, but a tiered flow - product moving down through distributors, sub-dealers and retailers, with volume and value visible at every level and a backup flagged the moment it forms.

Visibility that stops at the first distributor is not visibility. If product moves through a tier, that tier belongs in the picture.

Equal splits feel fair and rarely are. Product should flow toward the nodes actually moving it, backed by the numbers.
Credit exposure tracked, not remembered
Risk that lives in someone's memory is risk waiting to surface at the worst moment. Exposure belongs in a system that flags it early.
