Security

Commercial data, handled like it matters.

Order, credit and payment data is some of the most sensitive information a distribution network holds. Here is how 7SANDZ stores it, who can see it, and how it is protected - stated plainly, without overclaiming.

Role-based access by tier

Access follows the hierarchy. A sub-dealer sees its own view, a distributor sees its network, and manufacturer head office sees the whole chain - never more than the role allows.

Encryption in transit and at rest

Order, credit and payment data is encrypted as it moves between nodes and while it is stored, so sensitive commercial figures stay protected end to end.

Scoped data, not open books

Each node sees the data relevant to its position in the network. Credit terms and balances are not exposed sideways across peers.

Defined retention

Order, dispatch and payment records are kept for the periods needed to run and audit the network, then handled according to a defined retention approach.

What we store

Only what the network needs to run.

7SANDZ holds the records required to track movement and exposure across your tiers - orders, dispatches, receipts, credit limits and payment status. It is not a store of unrelated personal data.

Network records

Node hierarchy, dispatches, receipts and sell-through by tier.

Credit records

Limits, outstanding balances and payment status per node.

Access records

Who is permitted to see and act on which parts of the network.

Compliance posture

Stated honestly - current status only.

We describe our security posture as it stands today, not as a list of badges we aspire to. Encryption and role-based access are in place now. Where formal certifications are in progress rather than complete, we say so directly during evaluation rather than imply more than is true.
