Every hand-off, confirmed and visible.

Order placement, dispatch confirmation and receipt logged at each tier - so in-transit stock is never a black box between when it leaves one node and arrives at the next.

Placement to receipt

Each order carries its full lifecycle - placed, dispatched, in transit, received.

In-transit visibility

See what has left a node but not yet been confirmed at the next tier down.

Receipt confirmation

Nodes confirm what actually arrived, so discrepancies surface immediately.

Close the gap between dispatched and delivered.

Most backups hide in the space between tiers. Tracking every hand-off turns that space into data you can act on.

  • Confirm dispatch quantities against what was ordered
  • Flag receipts that do not match the dispatch record
  • Surface hand-offs left unconfirmed past a set threshold
  • Trace any shortfall back to the tier where it started
Worked example

A dispatch that never got confirmed.

A distributor dispatches to a sub-dealer, but receipt is never confirmed. Instead of surfacing weeks later as a mystery shortage, the unconfirmed hand-off is flagged within the tracking window.
